vjginteractive.com is looking for a pay per click client success specialist who is able to communicate effectively with an understanding of pay per click strategies, tracking methods, and the ability to understanding various marketing goals.

We are looking for someone that meets the following criteria:

• Able to review the scope of each client from a marketing point of view
• Provide quick and efficient customer service relating to the client’s PPC initiatives
• Collaborate with the PPC team to provide information to all parties involved in the project
• Provide timely reports to each customer on the status of the Pay Per Click projects
• Knowledge of Pay Per Click Management campaigns and work
• 3+ Years of Experience with customer support and/or positions requiring direct communication with customers

A PPC Client Success Specialist will work with each pay per click management client to better understand their needs and concerns while communicating the progress of each campaign effectively through providing the appropriate reports and feedback. An understanding of pay per click management and online marketing is essential to the success of this position as well as a dedication to providing success to each client through clear communication and collaboration with other team members.
